Talent Supply Chain Consultant – Remote (England, UK)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an enthusiastic, solution‑focused Talent Supply Chain Consultant to support a key client in the Aerospace & Defence sector. Working remotely from anywhere in England, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding the client through the entire contingent recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a wide range of temporary positions.
• Provide consultative expertise to hiring managers on all aspects of contingent resourcing.
• Negotiate bill rates in line with market conditions and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Conduct intake calls, develop tailored sourcing strategies, and monitor requisition progress.
• Support financial operations, including timesheet, expense management, invoicing and issue resolution.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with a candidate‑centric approach.
• Maintain service excellence by meeting or exceeding KPIs and SLAs.

Required profile

• Strong background in contingent or temporary staffing, preferably within aerospace or defence.
• Excellent advisory and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple demands.
• Solid understanding of workforce management and relevant labour regulations.
