Tax Junior – Music & Entertainment (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading music and entertainment practice to recruit a Tax Junior for its Central London office. The role offers a hybrid working model and the chance to develop technical tax expertise while supporting your ATT/CTA studies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare personal and corporation tax returns for a portfolio of clients.
• Manage tax compliance tasks, including statutory filings such as P11Ds and ATED returns.
• Liaise directly with HMRC on authorisations, queries and correspondence.
• Review tax codes, process refunds and handle HMRC communications.
• Conduct ad‑hoc tax research and provide technical analysis.
• Monitor deadlines, maintain accurate client records and support time‑recording and billing.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a tax role.
• Working towards or already holding the ATT qualification, with intent to pursue CTA.
• Strong understanding of UK tax compliance processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Client‑focused communication skills.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UK personal and corporation tax regulations.
• Familiarity with statutory filing requirements (P11D, ATED).
• Experience using HMRC online services.
