Tax Specialist – Personal & Business Tax

About the role

We are seeking a CTA‑qualified Tax Specialist to join a leading accountancy practice in Falmouth. You will work within a busy team providing personal tax advice to high‑net‑worth individuals and supporting business tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and advise high‑net‑worth clients on personal tax compliance and planning.
• Assist with a portfolio of personal tax clients, delivering tax compliance work and advice.
• Provide support and training to tax assistants and other support staff as required.
• Handle occasional business tax enquiries.

Required profile

• CTA qualification or equivalent tax qualification.
• Strong background in tax within an accountancy practice.
• Excellent technical and legislative tax knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
