About the role

As a Team Leader at Hillfield Farm, you will lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly and customers receive a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team during busy shifts, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Maintain high standards of service and product quality.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Ensure the bar area is safe, legal and clean at all times.

Required profile

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each visit.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift.
• Be a role model for great service and a warm welcome.
• Think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
• Speak and write sufficient English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Required skills

• Great eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong teamwork.
