Team Leader (Part‑time)

About the role

As a Team Leader you will lead by example, ensuring the shift runs like clockwork and that customers receive a memorable experience. You will support the team, maintain high standards and keep the venue safe, legal and clean.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example and provide the team with everything needed for a smooth shift.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deputise for management, resolve issues and organise the team during busy periods.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal and clean, addressing any problems promptly.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring every pint is perfect.
• Ability to think on your feet, adapt to challenges and maintain a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Excellent communication in spoken and written English to follow allergen controls.
• Team‑player mindset, ready to model great service for colleagues and guests.
