Team Leader – Pub & Dining

About the role

As a Team Leader at Greene King’s Globe Inn in Linslade, you will lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly and customers receive a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management team and step in to resolve issues when they are absent.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts, maintaining high standards of service.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, clean and that any issues are dealt with promptly.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, especially when serving drinks.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to fast‑paced environments.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine team player.
• Good spoken and written English to understand allergen controls and work safely.

Required skills

• Customer‑focused service delivery.
• Basic health and safety awareness for bar operations.
