Team Leader - Pub & Kitchen

About the role

A full-time, permanent Team Leader position at a Greene King pub in Lord Darcy, Leeds. The role leads by example, makes sure the team has what they need so the shift runs smoothly, keeps standards high and keeps customers happy. Pay is up to £13.50 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example and ensure the team has everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the team maintains high standards and that customers are kept happy.
• Depute for the management team and resolve issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift.
• Keep the bar safe, legal and clean, and deal with any issues quickly and safely.
• Deliver a heartfelt and memorable experience for every customer.

Required profile

• An eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• A role model to the team, giving great service and welcoming every customer warmly.
• The ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a strong team spirit.
