Technical Delivery Manager – 6‑Month Contract – £600/day

About the role
Our client is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead a Customer Transformation Project. You will oversee product and delivery squads, report progress, risks and issues, and ensure effective stakeholder communication. Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach product & delivery squads using Agile and Scrum practices.
- Report progress, risks, and issues via Azure DevOps (epics, features, stories, tasks).
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and manage communication.
- Resolve conflicts, drive problem‑solving, and act with a bias for action.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience delivering projects with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Proficient in Azure DevOps reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Problem‑solving mindset and proactive attitude.

What we offer
- £600 per day (Inside IR35) via Umbrella company.
- 6‑month initial contract.
- Hybrid working: 2 days in the Slough office, 3 days remote.
