Temporary Delivery Support Assistant (8 hours per week)

About the role

This part‑time position supports the smooth flow of office deliveries each Monday morning. You will work independently in a hands‑on environment, ensuring that packages, stock and pantry supplies are received, organised and distributed accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and log all incoming deliveries.
• Distribute packages, stock and supplies to the correct teams or locations.
• Maintain a clean and organised storage and delivery area.
• Manage pantry duties, including replenishing milk and other supplies.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks such as basic handyman work and water‑temperature checks.
• Support office and community event set‑up, preparing spaces as required.
• Act as the main point of contact for delivery drivers and liaise with internal staff.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a junior facilities, office support or operational role is preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting and handling deliveries.
• Reliable, punctual and available on Monday mornings.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and adaptable to a variety of tasks.
