Trainee Financial Adviser – Central London, £45k + Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Financial Adviser to join our independent financial planning firm in Central London. You will work with a high‑net‑worth client base, receiving a portfolio of referrals and full administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on pensions, investments, protection, inheritance tax and estate planning.
• Support clients with international and cross‑border planning, including QROPS.
• Manage average client portfolios of around £800,000.
• Collaborate with a strong introducer network of law firms, accountancy practices and FX brokers.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential).
• Desire to move into a Financial Adviser role.
• Wealth‑management experience is beneficial but not required.
• Open to career changers with the right attitude and qualifications.
• Confident, personable and able to build relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
