Trainee Lettings Consultant

About the role

An established property business in Crawley is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Lettings Consultant to join its growing team. The role suits someone who wants to start or develop a career in the property industry, with full training and support provided. The salary is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with prospective tenants and understand their property requirements
• Match customers with suitable properties and arrange viewings
• Conduct property viewings and deliver an excellent customer experience
• Support the creation of new tenancies and progress applications
• Handle customer enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Work closely with colleagues to keep the department running smoothly
• Assist with general administration and ad hoc duties as required

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail or another client-facing role is advantageous but not essential
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in the property sector
