Trainee Recruitment Consultant – £40k Salary, £200k OTE

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Southend office, supporting Legal Revolution’s recruitment services for US law firms. The role offers a £40,000 starting salary with the potential to earn up to £200,000 OTE through commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a high volume of outbound calls to US‑based legal clients.
• Qualify and present candidate profiles from a weekly pool of 1,000+ leads.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and follow the established recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to secure new client contracts.
• Achieve weekly targets for client leads (20+) and candidate placements.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and able to work long hours covering US time zones (10:00‑20:30 GMT, Monday‑Thursday).
• Strong telephone etiquette and resilience for making hundreds of calls daily.
• Willingness to adhere strictly to a proven recruitment methodology.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a focus on high earnings potential.
