Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Sales

About the role

This is a full‑time trainee position for aspiring recruitment consultants who want to turn their sales talent into a high‑earning career. You will work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment supporting a leading UK recruitment firm.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Source, qualify and interview high‑calibre candidates.
• Present candidates to clients and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle.
• Negotiate offers and close placements.
• Meet and exceed clear sales and placement targets.

Required profile

• Ambitious, competitive and comfortable working under pressure.
• Strong desire to achieve financial targets and personal growth.
• Background in telesales, retail, door‑to‑door, customer‑facing roles or competitive sports.
• Motivated to learn the recruitment industry quickly.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and persuasive sales ability.
