Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Salesforce Focus

About the role

We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our London office and build a 360 recruitment desk focused on Salesforce talent across the UK and Europe. You will start by sourcing and qualifying candidates and, as your billings grow, develop client relationships and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Source and qualify Salesforce candidates for consultancy and end‑user roles.
• Build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn and ZoomInfo.
• Conduct candidate calls, prepare submissions and manage the process from introduction to offer.
• Develop client relationships through outbound calls, emails and market mapping.
• Achieve weekly KPIs for calls, meetings and submissions.
• Collaborate with senior consultants on live, paying assignments from day one.

Required profile

• 0–1 year of commercial experience (recruitment, sales or business development preferred).
• Degree or demonstrable drive and ambition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Resilience, self‑motivation and a genuine interest in technology, SaaS or the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
