Training and Development Coach – Travel between Christchurch & Portsmouth

About the role

The Training and Development Coach will lead the learning journey for CT Assistance employees, ensuring they acquire the knowledge and customer‑service skills needed to meet their milestones and excel in their roles. The position works across the Christchurch and Portsmouth offices, requiring regular travel between the two sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and deliver a structured coaching programme for all staff, both online and in‑person.
• Partner with managers and team leaders to identify coaching needs and tailor individual plans.
• Provide one‑on‑one and group coaching sessions to support employee growth.
• Monitor progress, give constructive feedback and adjust methods as required.
• Maintain up‑to‑date coaching materials and resources.
• Collect and analyse feedback to evaluate programme effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Foster a supportive environment that encourages continuous development.
• Stay current with the latest coaching techniques and best practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain information clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• High levels of empathy, patience and a positive, motivating attitude.
