Transport Administrator

About the role

Join the transport team at RAF Brize Norton, supporting Serco’s contracted operations. You will ensure compliance, manage fuel and EV charge cards, and coordinate training, contributing to safe and efficient services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks for the transport department.
• Review telematics reports for safety breaches, investigate and take appropriate actions.
• Reconcile fuel agency card statements with receipts.
• Issue and maintain electric vehicle charge cards and database.
• Coordinate driving and ADR course bookings for RAF and lodger unit personnel.
• Support the Compliance and Training Manager with additional tasks.
• Promote a Zero Harm culture through reporting of near‑misses and safety incidents.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and customer focus.
• Trustworthy, resilient, and growth‑mindset oriented.
• Ability to obtain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance and potentially higher security clearance.

Required skills

• Competent use of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with the Management of the Joint Deployed Inventory (MJDI) system (training provided).
