US Corporate Tax Manager – Funds

About the role

We are seeking a US Corporate Tax Manager to join our specialist Funds team in London. You will work within a high‑performing US tax practice that serves leading private equity, credit and asset‑management clients, providing both compliance and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of US corporate and partnership fund clients.
• Oversee compliance activities, including US corporate tax filings, partnership returns and investor reporting.
• Provide advisory support on fund structuring, cross‑border investments and US tax implications of global strategies.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver integrated cross‑border solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Support and develop junior team members.

Required profile

• Strong experience in US corporate tax, preferably within funds or asset‑management.
• Exposure to partnership taxation, private equity or investment structures.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, EA or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead engagements.
• Commercial mindset with interest in advisory and structuring work.
