About the role

Il Bambini Club, a festive trattoria born in Paris and now open in London, is hiring a Waiter for its team at The Hoxton, Shoreditch. The role centres on delivering a memorable guest experience and leading by example within a supportive, hard-working team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead your section by example, putting a memorable guest and team experience at the heart of what you do and inspiring others to follow suit.
• Make sure every guest enjoys a great time from arrival to departure.
• Connect the floor with the kitchen, handling requests and questions from guests and colleagues.
• Know the products and systems inside out.

Required profile

• 2+ years of previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar.
• A positive impact on the people you meet, leaving them with a memorable experience.
• Comfortable being yourself, not precious, and willing to try almost everything once.
• Enjoys teamwork, sharing laughs and working hard together.
