Winter 2027 Off-Cycle Investment Banking Internship

About the role

LionTree is offering a six‑month off‑cycle internship within its Investment Banking Advisory team in London. The programme is aimed at final‑year university students and recent graduates who want hands‑on experience in media, technology and telecommunications (TMT) dealmaking across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Support deal teams by preparing financial and economic analysis for client presentations.
• Assist in the creation of valuation models, pitch books and transaction documentation.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to evaluate strategic options for CEOs, CFOs and Boards.
• Participate in live client assignments and contribute to ongoing transactions.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student or recent graduate with a strong interest in investment banking and the TMT sector.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑performing team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
