Workplace Pensions Consultant

About the role

This role offers an experienced Workplace Pensions professional the chance to join a fast‑growing employee benefits team in a highly respected firm. You will manage a portfolio of workplace pension clients while generating new business through referrals and introductions. The position is based in Brighton with flexible hybrid working options.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of workplace pension clients.
• Generate new pension business from referrals, introductions and industry events.
• Collaborate closely with risk, healthcare and general insurance consultants to cross‑sell services.
• Attend industry events to develop leads and strengthen the firm’s market presence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience advising corporate clients on workplace pensions.
• Proven new‑business generation and client‑portfolio development.
• Working towards or holding a CII or PMI qualification.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
