360 Recruiter – Driving Desk (Transport & Logistics)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated 360 Recruiter to join our fast‑moving transport and logistics recruitment team. You will act as a driving consultant, building relationships with both clients and HGV drivers to match talent with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with transport clients and driver candidates.
• Source, screen, and register HGV and other driving candidates.
• Manage bookings, ensure driver availability and coordinate placements.
• Carry out compliance checks and keep accurate candidate records.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the driving sector.
• Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support to both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably on a driving desk.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Target‑driven attitude with a positive outlook.
• Full UK driving licence is preferred.
