Account Manager – Sustainable Mobility Solutions

About the role

Radius is seeking an Account Manager to join its Crewe office and help shape the future of sustainable mobility for a portfolio of over 800 customers. You will act as the primary liaison, guiding clients through fuel, electric‑vehicle, and energy‑efficiency solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic account plan that drives customer growth and profitability.
• Serve as the main point of contact for a large, diverse customer base.
• Advise clients on fuel requirements, EV adoption, charging infrastructure, and energy‑saving options.
• Promote a consultative, solution‑led approach, positioning Radius as a comprehensive provider.
• Foster loyalty by introducing the full suite of Radius products and services.
• Tailor communication and engagement methods to meet individual customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align with company‑wide strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, sales or account management.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
