About the role
The Account Manager – UK & Northern Europe will support commercial performance for Kerzner International’s portfolio of luxury brands, including Atlantis, One&Only, SIRO and Rare Finds. Reporting to the Director, Commercial – UK & Northern Europe, the role focuses on high‑quality account execution, relationship management and revenue delivery across a defined set of leisure, corporate and specialist accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a defined portfolio of accounts in line with regional commercial priorities.
- Execute Account Development Plans to achieve revenue targets, market‑share growth and account objectives.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, optimise product mix and focus on high‑value segments such as ADR, suites and villas.
- Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely responses and consistent service.
- Support joint marketing initiatives, promotions and activations, adhering to agreed budgets and objectives.
- Assist in organising and delivering account activations, including client meetings, familiarisation trips, trade shows and events.
- Represent Kerzner brands professionally in the market, maintaining brand positioning and reputation.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented and commercially disciplined approach.
- Strong account management and relationship‑building capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in the hospitality or luxury leisure sector is preferred.
