AI-Native Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI‑Native Software Engineer to join our fast‑moving engineering team in Glasgow. The role focuses on building modern full‑stack applications using Microsoft technologies while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery and maintain high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver full‑stack applications with .NET/C#, Azure, ReactJS and modern cloud APIs.
• Integrate AI tooling such as Claude Code, AI coding assistants and autonomous agents into the development workflow.
• Turn early‑stage concepts and prototypes into production‑ready systems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical direction and best‑practice standards.
• Drive engineering excellence across architecture, automation, CI/CD and AI utilisation.
• Explore emerging AI‑native development approaches throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience in full‑stack Microsoft development (.NET, C#, Azure).
• Proven use of AI coding assistants or agents in a production environment.
• Ability to take products from concept through to production deployment.
• Senior‑level technical expertise with confidence to influence decisions.
• Experience working in agile, product‑led engineering teams.
