AI-Powered Full Stack Developer

About the role

My Digital Nomads is seeking an AI‑Powered Full Stack Developer to join a fast‑moving R&D team. You will use AI‑assisted coding tools to build and maintain web applications while continuously experimenting with emerging AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise AI‑powered development tools (Cursor, Kilocode, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate full‑stack development of REST APIs, admin panels and user dashboards.
• Review, refactor and validate all AI‑generated code to ensure production‑grade quality.
• Integrate agentic AI concepts such as autonomous code generation, intelligent refactoring and automated testing.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code with comprehensive testing and systematic debugging.
• Adapt quickly to a rapidly evolving tech stack and contribute to R&D experiments on new AI tools.

Required profile

• Strong programming fundamentals and the ability to architect solutions independently.
• High learning agility and comfort with rapid technology changes.
• Experience working with AI assistance as a productivity enhancer, not a replacement.
• Self‑motivated problem‑solver who can balance AI input with human expertise.
