Architect / Architectural Technologist – Healthcare

About the role

Join a friendly, collaborative architectural practice based in a beautiful countryside office in Southampton. You will work on a variety of UK healthcare schemes, including primary care and acute hospital projects, delivering design from concept through to completion across the South of England.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with UK regulations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver primary care and acute care schemes.
• Prepare construction documents and specifications.
• Support project delivery from concept design through construction administration.

Required profile

• ARB/RIBA qualified Architect or degree‑qualified Architectural Technologist.
• Proven experience delivering UK healthcare projects (primary care and/or acute care).
• Strong technical and project delivery abilities.
• Own transport is essential due to office location.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Required skills

• Revit (advantageous).
