Architect – Design & Technical Role in Surrey

About the role
Join a busy, dynamic and design‑focused mid‑sized practice located in Surrey, close to Epsom and Croydon. The practice works across residential, commercial, mixed‑use and hospitality sectors and is looking for an Architect ready to take on greater responsibility.
Key responsibilities
- Produce high‑quality design and technical drawings.
- Assist with planning applications, building regulations submissions and tender packages.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients throughout project delivery.
- Attend site visits and project meetings to ensure design intent is maintained.
Required profile
- Qualified at Part 2 level or recently qualified Part 3.
- Experience of working through all RIBA work stages.
- Motivated to take on increased responsibility within a growing practice.
Required skills
- MicroStation (desirable).
