Assistant Block Manager – Property Management

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day operations of residential and commercial blocks.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and contractors to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor property condition, identify defects and uphold standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and fire regulations across all managed buildings.
• Support the preparation and tracking of service charge budgets and financial records.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with residents and stakeholders.

• Excellent time‑management ability and capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Logical, calm approach to resolving property and maintenance issues.
• Full UK driving licence for site inspections.
