Assistant Branch Manager – Residential Sales

About the role

Fox & Sons, part of the Connells Group, is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in delivering a high‑quality residential sales service in Dorchester. This position offers a pathway to full branch management for a motivated estate‑agent professional.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in running a profitable, well‑organised office.
• Provide professional estate agency services, including market appraisals, property viewings, and sales negotiations.
• Drive new business generation and secure instructions, conveyancing, and mortgage introductions.
• Motivate and support team members and new recruits through training and guidance.
• Maintain high standards of customer care and achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, Sales Negotiator, Lister or Valuer.
• Proven ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong organisational, numeracy and detail‑orientation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
