Associate Lettings Manager – Residential Lettings

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Associate Lettings Manager to join a well‑established independent estate agency in Bognor Regis. Working closely with the Lettings Manager, you will help grow the lettings department, win new instructions and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Advise landlords on rental values, marketing strategies and property presentation.
• Conduct rental valuations and secure new lettings instructions.
• Create engaging property listings with high‑quality marketing content.
• Generate new business through networking, prospecting and local market activity.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and professional partners.
• Support the Lettings Manager in driving branch performance and profitability.
• Motivate the team and promote a positive, high‑performing culture.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential lettings.
• Proven ability to convert valuations into new instructions and completed lets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Passion for property and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Target‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Basic salary £25,000 with realistic OTE of £40,000.
