Associate Sales Negotiator & Valuer

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Sales Negotiator & Valuer to join a fast‑growing estate agency brand on a busy high street in Hackney. You will work closely with a motivated sales team, providing expert valuation and negotiation support to residential clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Identify client requirements and match them to the agency’s property portfolio.
• Conduct accurate residential property valuations, considering market trends and comparable evidence.
• Inspect properties and produce detailed valuation reports.
• Advise clients on pricing strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with local market conditions and relevant legislation.
• Generate new valuation opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Attend property viewings, describe properties confidently over the phone, and manage the sales process through to completion.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales and estate agency.
• Target‑driven, tenacious and able to work effectively within a team.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Well‑presented, personable and confident when speaking with clients.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary of £22,500 per annum.
• On‑target earnings ranging from £60,000 to £70,000.
