Associate Sourcer – Shipboard Talent (Hybrid, Weybridge)

About the role

The Associate Sourcer will support global shipboard hiring for Royal Caribbean Group by creating and maintaining talent pipelines for a variety of shipboard positions. Working in a hybrid setting in Weybridge, you will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through social media, job boards, talent pools, referrals and direct outreach.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for high‑volume and niche shipboard roles worldwide.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical shipboard positions.
• Post job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract the right talent.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Partner with recruitment teams to identify sourcing gaps and share best practices.
• Establish relationships with universities, industry bodies and government organisations.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and generate KPI reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience sourcing candidates in a high‑volume recruitment environment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, talent mapping and pipeline development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
