Audi Poole Centre Host

About the role

Audi Poole is looking for a Centre Host to be the welcoming face of the dealership. As the first point of contact for customers, you will greet visitors and their vehicles, support the team and help create a premium Audi experience every day.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and receive customers promptly and courteously
• Greet customers bringing their vehicles into the centre and move them to the on-site car park
• Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate person or department
• Look after customers during their visit and keep them informed
• Liaise between customers and relevant departments for a seamless experience
• Support the Centre team in delivering outstanding customer service

Required profile

• Experience in a customer-facing environment
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to use your own initiative, multitask and organise yourself well
• Team-player mindset and flexibility to cover holidays and absence when required
• Friendly, professional approach with excellent communication skills

• Salary of £12,557.48 per annum, 20 hours per week (Monday 8:00am-6:00pm, Friday 8:30am-6:30pm)
