Audit Manager – Weybridge

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead a portfolio of audit clients in Weybridge. You will work in a high‑growth, independent accountancy firm that values development, hybrid working and a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run and manage a portfolio of audit engagements from planning through to completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships.
• Lead, coach and develop audit teams to deliver high‑quality work.
• Support business development activities and contribute to tender responses.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified with full right to work in the UK.
• Background in a Big 4, Top 10, Top 50 or reputable regional firm.
• Experience in pure audit or mixed audit and accounts work.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
• Commercial mindset with interest in growth and new business.

Required skills

• Salary between £55,000 and £70,000 per year, dependent on experience.
