About the role

As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff team you will create memorable experiences for guests, whether you are pouring a pint or recommending the perfect drink after a long day. You will work in a fun, inclusive environment where you can develop your hospitality skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each visit.
• Recommend drinks and prepare them to specification.
• Greet guests, serve food and look after customers while they dine.
• Maintain a safe, legal and clean bar environment and address any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• Great eye for detail to ensure every pint is perfect.
• Passion for delivering excellent service and a warm welcome.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely.
