Bilingual Onboarding Specialist – French & English

About the role

Zenoti is looking for a bilingual Onboarding Specialist to guide French‑speaking clients through the implementation of its cloud‑based beauty and wellness platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a smooth transition from technical setup to user training while delivering measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and design customized Zenoti solutions.
• Lead product demonstrations, training sessions, and solution reviews.
• Configure and optimize the platform to match each client’s workflows.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely project rollouts.
• Provide high‑level technical support and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product features and integrations.
• Stay current with new Zenoti functionalities and industry trends.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting SLAs and KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• 4–8 years of experience in enterprise software implementation and support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client‑training skills.
• Ability to work across distributed teams and manage several projects at once.
