About the role

Join Mann, part of the Connells Group, as a Branch Manager leading the residential sales team in Gravesend. You will be responsible for driving performance, growing the business and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach a high‑performing residential sales team.
• Drive sales targets and ensure the branch meets its revenue goals.
• Value and list properties, manage client relationships and develop local networks.
• Maintain a culture of professionalism, progression and success within the branch.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring compliance and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven leadership or management experience in an estate agency.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with a passion for coaching.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Customer‑focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
