Join Bridgfords, part of the Connells Group, as a Branch Manager in Newcastle Upon Tyne. You will lead the residential sales team, driving performance, growth and exceptional customer experiences within a thriving estate agency.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the branch’s sales performance and growth.
• Motivate, coach and develop a high‑performing residential sales team.
• Value and list properties, ensuring accurate and attractive presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients, partners and the community.

Required profile

• Proven leadership or management experience in an estate agency.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with a passion for coaching.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer‑focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
