Brand Stylist – Levi’s Concession at John Lewis Oxford Street

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Brand Stylist to represent Levi’s at the John Lewis concession on Oxford Street. You will be the face of the iconic denim brand, delivering exceptional, personalised service to both men’s and women’s customers in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service, living the Levi’s brand values.
• Assist customers across men’s and women’s departments, offering personalised styling advice.
• Support the Wholesale team in meeting individual and concession sales targets.
• Handle deliveries, organise the stockroom and maintain visual‑merchandising standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador and produce weekly sales reports for the Wholesale team.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Passionate about Levi’s and its heritage.
• Previous retail experience with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively.
• Entrepreneurial, driven mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available to work three days a week, including at least one weekend day.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel for data reporting.
