Broker Manager – Commercial Finance Business Development

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Broker Manager to join a fast‑growing independent commercial finance provider. Based in Southampton and working remotely, you will drive business development by building strong relationships with finance brokers across the South Central region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and nurture a network of commercial finance brokers.
• Generate new business opportunities and liaise directly with clients to understand their lending needs.
• Negotiate terms and prepare detailed financing proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of broker interactions and pipeline activity.

Required profile

• Proven success in a field‑based financial sales role.
• Comfortable working from home with a self‑driven approach.
• Existing network of commercial finance brokers is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in commercial finance and strong credit assessment abilities.

Required skills

• Excellent written communication for detailed proposal creation.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building capabilities.
