Business Development Executive

About the role

Skybound Wealth Management is seeking ambitious, commercially minded individuals for a trainee pathway into international wealth management. The Business Development Executive will identify and engage high‑net‑worth expatriate clients, introduce the firm’s services and support Private Wealth Advisers.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential international clients.
• Contact professionals via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Introduce Skybound’s wealth management proposition.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
• Book meetings for experienced Private Wealth Advisers.
• Build long‑term professional relationships.

Required profile

• Confident communication skills with strong commercial awareness.
• Proven track record in proactive sales, recruitment or business development.
• Ability to generate leads and develop new business strategically.
• Comfortable dealing with high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Interest in financial markets and current affairs.

Required skills

• Experience navigating business sites such as LinkedIn and company directories.

What we offer

• Basic salary of £24,000‑£28,000 plus uncapped commission (£40‑£50k OTE year 1).
