About the role
As a Store Colleague you will be the front‑line face of the shop, welcoming customers, keeping the floor tidy and supporting sales. This part‑time role offers a fast‑paced retail environment where you can develop customer‑service skills and grow within the team.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers confidently and provide product information.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, keeping displays clean, organised and well stocked.
- Replenish stock and ensure items are correctly displayed according to company standards.
- Process transactions, handle cash and manage stock deliveries.
- Use in‑store technology and systems to support enquiries and daily operations.
Required profile
- Ability to adapt communication style to different people and situations.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for brands and trends.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn new skills, follow company processes and work collaboratively.
