Business Development Representative / Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Representative / Sales Executive to join our growing technology organisation. This is an entry‑level, full‑time position focused on outbound prospecting, lead generation and building relationships with potential SaaS customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new prospects through outbound calls, emails and social outreach.
• Set appointments and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Follow up on marketing‑generated leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track pipeline activity.
• Collaborate with senior sales professionals to develop account‑based outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in outbound telesales, lead generation or similar sales development roles.
• Strong work ethic, curiosity and a drive to succeed in a technology‑focused environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn consultative selling techniques.

Required skills

• Experience selling SaaS or other technical solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and outbound prospecting platforms.

What we offer

• Base salary of £40,000 per annum plus OTE (£28,500‑£32,500 basic) and benefits.
