CAD Designer – 3D/Point of Sale (Huddersfield)

About the role

We are seeking a CAD Designer with strong 3D and point‑of‑sale (POS) expertise to join our Huddersfield team. You will work on a variety of retail display projects for a company that has been a market leader for over 30 years.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, develop and modify 2D and 3D CAD drawings for POS displays.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation for each project.
• Liaise with engineering, production and sales departments to ensure projects meet budget and timeline requirements.
• Collaborate with the CAD team to present design ideas and improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a design‑focused role, preferably within retail or product design.
• Proficiency in creating both 2D and 3D CAD models.
• Strong organisational, communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• 3D CAD software proficiency.
• Experience with artisCAD (preferred but not essential).
• Competence in producing 2D CAD drawings.
