Car Sales Executive – Uncapped OTE £50k + Company Car

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Car Sales Executive to join our growing, customer‑focused team. You will be responsible for delivering a first‑class, end‑to‑end experience for customers while driving vehicle sales across our dealership network.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets.
• Generate customer enquiries and schedule appointments.
• Deliver a seamless, high‑quality customer journey from initial contact to delivery.
• Promote brand awareness through social media and digital channels.
• Maximise profitability by selling finance packages and add‑on products.
• Maintain compliance, transparency and customer trust at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a target‑driven sales or customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills and a self‑motivated attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Previous motor‑retail experience as a Car Sales Executive is essential.
• Eligibility to work in the UK; no sponsorship available.
