Cash ISA Transfers Analyst

About the role

You will join Chip's Cash ISA Transfers team, ensuring a smooth, stress‑free experience for customers moving their money. The role involves monitoring, processing and troubleshooting transfer requests while acting as a bridge between users, the platform and external providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end daily processing of Cash ISA transfers, meeting internal SLAs.
• Liaise with third‑party ISA managers to chase pending transfers, resolve discrepancies and unblock delays.
• Serve as escalation point for customer queries on ISA transfers, providing clear and timely updates.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and HMRC ISA regulations.
• Investigate edge cases, broken flows or missing funds and own the resolution until the customer is satisfied.

Required profile

• Meticulous attention to detail when handling customers' money.
• Analytical mindset with strong numeracy and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for daily interaction with external financial institutions.
• Adaptable fast learner able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑centric with a genuine passion for delivering seamless experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
