About the role
Chip is looking for a hands‑on Data Analytics Manager to lead the Analytics team day‑to‑day. You will ensure data requests, product dashboards, MI, analysis and operational controls are delivered on time and to high standards while developing a high‑performing team of analysts.
Key responsibilities
- Line‑manage the analytics team (Analysts and Analytics Lead) – set objectives, conduct 1:1s and drive performance.
- Own intake, prioritisation and SLA delivery for data requests across Finance, Marketing, Product and Operations.
- Partner with Product Managers to support feature roll‑outs, performance tracking and post‑launch reviews.
- Maintain coding, visualisation and data‑quality standards and drive automation tooling adoption.
Required profile
- Experience leading a team of data analysts in a fast‑paced, product‑led or regulated environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business problems into technical requirements.
- Excellent data storytelling for diverse audiences.
Required skills
- Strong SQL proficiency.
- Experience with BI tools.
- Familiarity with modern data tooling such as Databricks and Python.
