Category Admin Assistant - Toys

About the role

Very is looking for a Category Admin Assistant to join its Toys team in Liverpool. The role helps build a compelling product range, supports key brand partnerships and keeps the category competitive in a fast-changing market, working with leading brands on product launches, category plans and day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and process all supported promotional communications and on-site execution.
• Use pricing tools to help the category with market analysis and contribute to pricing recommendations under supervision.
• Co-ordinate the end-to-end product setup process from initiation to launch, completing administrative tasks efficiently.
• Ensure range and availability data is entered accurately, working with supply chain and suppliers on stock levels and on-sale administrative tasks.
• Generate routine reports for the category team and external partners, providing administrative support and data analysis as needed.
• Support the sourcing process for new suppliers or brands, selection and range development, and learn about forecasting, trading and promotional strategies.
