Quality Coordinator

About the role

Kantar Media, part of Kantar, is looking for a Quality Coordinator for a full-time permanent role with hybrid working in London. The post works with all business units to support quality management and continuous improvement in the UK, ensuring operational excellence through the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO requirements and the Continuous Improvement (CI) Programme.

Key responsibilities

• Raise awareness of quality management through information distribution and training, and coordinate a network of Quality Champions
• Coordinate the internal audit programme, support internal auditors and carry out internal audits of teams, projects and processes
• Support teams in risk assessments, KPI specification, tracking and reporting, and in documenting processes
• Support action plans arising from audits, risk assessments and non-conformities, and provide admin support for the issue management database
• Analyse data and build reports on QMS performance, organise the annual external assessment and support teams in preparing for recertification to ISO standards
• Support CI Agents on CI projects and CI programme management and reporting

Required profile

• Knowledge of quality management systems and their implementation (ISO 9001)
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, collaborative and influential working style
• Ability to lead meetings and facilitate discussions with clear conclusions and actions

Required skills

• Desirable: experience of conducting internal audits and risk assessments
• Desirable: knowledge of ISO 20252 market research standard and GDPR
• Desirable: experience using MS Online tools (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI)
