Chef de Partie - Fixed Term

About the role

Metro Pubs is hiring a Chef de Partie for Fountain House in Manchester. The pub makes almost everything from scratch, so the role suits someone with experience working with fresh ingredients and a love of preparing quality dishes. It is a full-time, fixed-term position.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes
• Maintain kitchen and food safety standards
• Communicate clearly with the team to serve guests on time

Required profile

• Experience in a fast-paced, fresh food pub or restaurant
• Confidence in running a section of the kitchen independently
• Willingness to get stuck in and learn new skills
• Sufficient spoken and written English to work safely and understand allergen controls
